I drove over seven hours to see the Eisenhower Library and thought it was well worth the trip. The World War II Museum and the area devoted to Mamie and his presidency was very comprehensive. The audio recordings of his phone calls with Kennedy and Johnson were fascinating . The house was very interesting but the guide seemed to rush us through, which was off putting. Well I've been to two Presidential Libraries and well Ike the man was AWESOME but even he would turn over in his grave on how his library sucks. The only bright lights were the 24 minute mini movie (free) and the man I was there with. If they wanted to call it a WWII museum they would only have to change the name. President Eisenhower was more genuine. Whomever organized this museum should do...
