the front staff was efficient, very crowded long wait. The front desk does not estimates on how long it will take and won't tell you how many ahead. People came in after me and were seen first....

So slow that I left, went to the ER, and got seen faster. I mean, isn't the point of Urgent Care to keep people out of the ER for things that can wait? Guess not.
