They are rude..I have felt rushed and as if I was keeping any one from their staff from something more important than helping me!!

Came in for lunch at 12:30 there was 1 customer sitting down and two ppl working both ignored my wife and I for 5 min. Not even a "hello be with you in a second" or any acknowledgement that a customer was in your face. The food was delicious and hot, but the lack of customer service is concerning.

Worst place to order, eat bagel in America.So rude, does not care of customer! Slow! Understaffed!"Takes 15 mins to wait on food and don't have the correct packing box.....Hope someone buys this place and make it RIGHT!!!!

I come here pretty frequently. I've always received great service, and my food has always been pretty consistent. Great little golden nugget of a place when you want to grab something and go!
