You pretty much can't beat living in a new building. The 1 bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows and if you are higher than the 14th floor - the views are incredible. There is a large patio on each 1 bedroom unit that can fit plenty of furniture (a glass wall on the side is cool but almost scary if you're on a higher floor). The bedroom is large and has a huge closet. The only way it could be...

I just moved in a week ago but already love my place. The views are fantastic, floor to ceiling windows, huge balcony, w/d, just all around beautiful. The only downside is the price - renting in Chicago is SO expensive!
