The bank required a stucco inspection for closing and I needed the report fast. They arrived earlier than scheduled to beat the rain forecast and I had my report in hand later that afternoon. Could not ask for better service.

Harry performed the stucco inspection on a home we are buying in Suwanee. His entire office staff was extremely easy to work with, super fast response time, and a general joy in a very difficult time in the buying process. Harry himself is a true stucco expert and a real professional. His report was extremely thorough and he really went the extra mile to make sure it was complete and fair.

I called EIFS and Stucco Inspections, Inc. to inspect my last home purchase. Mr. Johnson's quick responce and very detailed inspection saved me thousands of dollars. He has been in the business for a long time and really knows what he is talking about!

Very thorough Inspection

We selected Harry Johnson to do our inpsection prior to purchasing our recent home. Mr. Johnson was very thorough in his inspection and we were very pleased with his work. Our only critique would have been a few more illustrative pictures in his report. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an opinion on the moisture / needed repairs for a stucco home.
