An elegant French country ambience reigns in this rambling clapboard house with large windows that let in plenty of sunlight. The menu is traditional French, such as steak under pepper sauce, but also has southern French influences such as grilled sea bass with couscous and salmon with mushroom risotto. Needless to say, Bastille Day (July 14) is big here.
