waiting for treatment since nov.

Did not show up for my last appointment in Nov I haven't heard from him since. A week later his assistant called to say he had to leave the country for a family emergency and I could get a new app in 2016. I requested my medical file to be sent to me and I am still waiting for it. The last time I saw him was I'm September. He is a complete false as a doctor and as a caregiver. I waited outside...

I was referred to this man after breaking my collarbone my thumb an fore finger dont bend at the knuckle since wreck I was hoping they might be able to fix at least those but he told me he would not touch my collarbone an that the problem with my two fingers was just arthritis I said no they worked just fine before wreck he said no just arthritis an no sense in giving me a cortozone shot but it...
