It's unfortunate that he still the only orthopedic doctor in Lexington, but it's well worth going to Augusta or Roanoke to see someone else. Hemphill has a terrible bedside manner; he does not know how to interact with patients. Rude to the point that he made me cry, abrupt, did not explain what was going on or the procedure I would need. Didn't ask about my medication, how I was feeling, or if...
