I ordered a seat cushion for $52 and in the comment field asked Wondergel to ship USPS because the only option they offered was UPS.  They ignored my comment and shipped UPS anyway, charging $32 for shipping to Canada.  10 days later I received a phone call from UPS demanding $40 for taxes and brokerage fees, of which $33 were brokerage fees on an item that is duty-free.  Wondergel refused to...
