I TOO WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS!!! This place is AWFUL!! The customer service is unprofessional and to be honest out right rude. I have always loved their products in the past. However after the experience I had dealing with this location, customer service reps, and the owner and/or manager that followed up on my complaint to corporate, I will think long and hard before ordering...

I give this place no stars. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and a mylar baloon to be delivered to my father for Valentine's Day to his nursing home, which is literally 5 minutes away from this location. I specifically wrote on the order "this is a nursing home facility - please deliver early". When they weren't delivered by 3 PM I called and was rudely told they were fulling many...

I would give this place no stars if I could. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and a mylar baloon to be delivered to my father for Valentine's Day to his nursing home, which is literally 5 minutes away from this location. I specifically wrote on the order "this is a nursing home facility - please deliver early". When they weren't delivered by 3 PM I called and was rudely told they were fulling many orders and would not even attempt to tell me what time I could expect the items to be delivered. I again explained that it was a nursing home and I needed the items delivered as early as possible, but to no avail. When I arrived at the nursing home last evening at approximately 7 PM they had still not delivered anything. I was extremely upset that my dad did not receive his valentines gift from me. I called the location again and was told we are still delivering; we have until 9 PM; and to "read the fine print"...I freaked out on them. They hung up the phone and never delivered anything. Today I called the main number of Edible Arrangements and was told I had to take it up with the location. When I called them to verify my refund, they did not even bother to apologize, but were again, very abrubt and rude. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER THING FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL.
