We had a great stay. The hotel was very busy and the staff still remained helpful and friendly. The food at the attached bar/grill was awesome. Thank you for a great overnight.
Booked a room so we could go to a show at the casino. We were running late and had to go straight to the casino. On the way we called the hotel to let them know that we would be checking in late and still wanted the room. They were very nice telling us that it was no problem they would have our room ready. The food was amazing, our service was horrible. Coming from a server watching the whole staff struggle was embarrassing. As a guest I had to go to their computer system and fix the problems. I am here from out of state and this was the worst experience ever. How unfortunate that was food was good but the customer service sucked.

From the Korean Devilled Eggs to the pistachio -encrusted walleye, with a wine list that's thorough if not lengthy, and a casual modern atmosphere, the place vastly exceeded my expectations! Excellent food... A bit different but don't let that stop you! We tried deep fried deviled eggs... Yum! Walleye patties...Cesar salad and Parmesan ff. we will be back!
