I have been living at Eddins Estate for almost two years. The managers are very professional and amicable. The units are clean, spacious, and fairly free of vermin - pest control comes out monthly. When needed, maintenance has been swift and effective. The only negative is that the premises are not always in the best of care and neighbors have been noisy.

Great location, quiet neighbors, great maintenance, and friendly managers. They have helped me a lot due to my rent being late at times, they work with you. This is just an all around great place of living. There is washer and dryer hook up, and a nice clean pool. I would encourage anyone to come check these apartments out.

I went to visit this complex and it is very nice. It would be perfect for a small family. I'm really considering moving here and I think I just might.

This is the perfect complex if you want a home like feel without the responsibilities of "maintenance" costs and repairs. It is out of the business of the city but has a quick commute to the city and offers stores within a 1 to 5 mile radius. The management is excellent with handling any concerns you may have.
