They changed the vegetable soup. It use to have barely now it has potato. It's alright but not as good. Also, the bread sticks were cold and hard. Even when new ones were put out.

I used to really like Eddington's....How they've gone downhill! This location is dirty (all tables dirty, condiment area dirty, dirty dishes filled the bus bins, with no sign of any employees about to clean), the soup is super thick like it's been sitting there all day, bread sticks are cold and tough, and the employees …

Eddington's is a local Twin Cities soup and salad chain. Its most well known for its gluten-free soups, all with fresh ingredients. This Edina location features a drive-thru. Also on the menu: wraps, potatoes, sandwiches and more. Eddington's does deliver with a minimum order and added fee.
