Ms. Eldridge has every right to be mad at the heating guy who put the unit in, he left town and cannot be located, but in our defense we went above and beyond to correct this problem, I brought in another heating and air guy to finally fix the problem. I didn't have to this because the problem went on for 3 years until she finally contacted me. So I feel we did everything to solve this problem....

Regarding Ed Carter Construction:
I bought a newly constructed home from Ed Carter Const. in 2007. Starting my very first summer here I have had problems with a Coleman Heat-pump. I dealt with T& L Heating & Air conditioning who installed the unit up until this past summer. I called for service and T&L had left the area with no warning.
