We will definitely NOT DO BUSINESS with this business again. The installer was good BUT we feel that the owner/manager was not customer service oriented. We were charged a $10.00 fuel surcharge fee for a $17.00 16 ounce container of resin cleaner. We appealed to the owner but eventually paid just over $99.00 for the product and fees.

The installer was good BUT we feel that the owner/manager was not customer service oriented. We paid over 4 times what we should have for a product because of service charges. We will definitely NOT DO BUSINESS with this business ever again.
