The owner and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond expectations helping me find the way around. Nice, clean and quiet room. Will most definitely use this motel upon my return to the Bluefield area.

When checking in clerk was very rude.said we had to take room or credit card was going be charged full price.checked room and it smelled of cigarette smoke said something to Clerc and his response was its between rooms that are smoking rooms.very poor

The hotel management was courteous and did all they could to accomodate mt frined with disabilities. While the facilities are not brand new. It is clear that they have made improvements and updates to make my stay more comfortable.
