the TV\n\nthere was a used needle in the room the toilet backed up they had a used toilet snake in the bathroom the room wasn't clean or vacuumed the WIFI only worked on one device... If I was capable of getting a refund i would really appreciate it.
Nothing\n\nThe staff was unfriendly. The room was filthy. There was garbage on the floor from previous quests. The room was freezing. The heater was terrible. It took until 4:00am for the room to warm up. We asked for extra blankets, but told they were all out.
