I have been renting cars from this family owned car rental company for over 10 years and they have had a successfull car rental company in JERSEY CITY for over 40 years. They are the most upfront and HONEST people in business that the past couple reviews just dont add up. All I would say is don't always believe what you read because people love to exagerate the truth just to make themselve feel better. This company has the best prices and vehicles and would never ever do the kind of things other reviewers have stated. Trust me!!! Give them a shot and you will feel the same and want to write a review to defend a company that has done it right for over 40 years.

There is a difference between the amount the you sign and the one that you see in your statement. If there is a dispute on the transaction, they prepare a fake contract with their adjusted(!) values to prove the transaction .I think this is the way that they make money.
