They were amazing. My cat decided to pee on our new carpet in the soon to be nursery and they were able to come the next morning and clean the carpet. Now you can't smell anything! Great job perry!

Set up an appointment with Nicole for Saturday, June 14th between 9 and 11 am. Saturday came and went. Nobody showed up or called. Have contacted this company several times by phone to find out what happened but no one answers only get voice mail. Definitely would not recommend.

What a wonderful experience! Perry was on time, friendly, engaging and willing to explain the process. My carpets are beautiful and my "mistakes" have been cleaned up. I would recommend Eco Carpet Pro to friends and family.

Eco Carpet Pro arrived on time and were polite and proffestional. The technican (Perry Williams) answered any questions my wife and I had. He did a great job getting out any stains and making the carpets look fresh and new. I would highly recommend Eco Carpet pro to anyone.

I needed several oriental rugs cleaned. The technician was very friendly and understood exactly what I needed.
