I paid $8 for the wash & dry. The system performed adequately for cleaning my car, but it failed to dry it as the blower seemed to be inoperable. I called the number printed on tht receipt (503.538.9824), but a recording reported, "The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time, please try again later... message, 24OR1L"

Car was malfunctioned while using and stopped, I have called and emailed the car wash and no response. I can't get a response and haven't received a refund.

The touchless system does a better job cleaning my wagon than the brush systems, with no scratches!
