I just want to thank the repair guy who did the repair on my watch. I never thought that it can get repaired until the service was done. So I'm very glad and would definitely return here.

Terrible service, watch there 4 weeks, gone a lot and don't have answering service to leave message. Still don't have watch back, and they are again "out of the office". Big mistake to send my Polar watch there.

I have an older model Polar Heart rate Monitor/watch. Eastside was listed as an authorized repair shop to use. I sent my watch and transmitter to them for battery replacement and to generally check the equipment. They were very timely…
