I live at Eastside Village in Plano Texas phase 1 community. I have several complaints about this complex with the main one being broken gates and mold. Ever since I moved here about 70% of the gates to both the apartments and the separate garage complex have been broken. First things first. The parking here is TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible. All of the parking spots are way too narrow (I drive a compact car) and the people here park horribly. Your car will be dinged and scratched. I guarantee it.

Eastside Village 1 has been home for 2 yrs. It's really great to be located within a mile of both 75 and George Bush Tollway, plus the DART rail is literally right next door. Bonus, it's set in the cool historic downtown Plano district.
