Be Aware and Ask questions!

While the Vets do seem nice, you may want to be aware that while this facility calls itself a Hospital, and they say they offer "complete care", i suggest you ask a lot of questions about exactly what your animal will be subjected to.

for instance, they may suggest your pet will be monitored overnight, but ask if they have anyone on the premises who will physically be checking on the animals. you will be surprised.

If your pet is being admitted for an overnight stay and you feel they should receive supervision, i personally suggest asking where you can get that type of care.
It's my experience and opinion you will NOT find it here.
I don't know what the rules are for naming a business, but i've always thought the term Hospital implied patients receiving 24 hour supervision in case of emergencies, but in reality, this must not be the case. My suggestion is naming it correctly, or at least something that does not give the wrong message. Is it a clinic or a care center? i don't know..but from my perspective, it is not a Hospital. Just my opinion.
My pet passed away at this facility recently and only afterwards did i find out about the lack of staffing at night....and's not even in the fine print for the waivers you sign.
i wish I had asked and i also wish the staff had given me the option to take my pet to a facility that offers that care. I will never get over the fact I did not ask, and they did not tell....but they sure imply they have "complete care"
To my horror, you will note that dogs are considered "property" thus the vet and hospitals only liability appears to be that of replacement costs (value to replace with an animal of similar age/type/health) at most. Am I the only one disturbed by this?

Not really sure how to rate this vet. I took my cat in for a bladder/urinary issue and she was squinting in one eye. They sent her home with antibiotics and didn't do any tests. They said she had a gum infection and was probably causing an infection in her bladder. At that time, my cat was still eating and acting normally.

I would like everyone who goes there to be aware of the situation i am dealing with so it doesn't happen to them. A ""Friend"" of mine decided to use my carecredit there and they never asked to see a card or anything they just charged my account for a surgery on her dog i had no idea about. Then when i call them to get information about when it was and all the stuff i need to take it to court...

Took my dog in for care.

Dr. Good and Dr. Frick are amazing! They were my right hand in taking care of my dog Maggie! What I like is they have a 24 hr emergency service to help if you have something in the middle of the night. We've been going to them at least 20 years. They were amazing and I can't say enough about them!

I've been a part of EAH since 1997. Many pets, fosters, rescues over the years I have taken to Dr. Phillips (and now many of the others that have joined the practice) and have been treated like Family. They are warm, caring, and some of the most professional people I have ever known. The techs, receptionists, and kennel personnel are all awesome!
