Mike with Eastern Iowa Inspection is amazing! We are in the process of finding our first home, I went online looking for a home inspector. We chose Mike because he was the quickest to get back to us, he beat everyone one in price, and he was very easy to work with. Ohh and he truly does support America's Veterans!

We have a very busy schedule and were short on time getting our inspection done....

Mike is a very knowledgeable and professional inspector. He graciously answered my incessant questioning and was very informative about each stage of the inspection. Also, this is a veteran owned business and I was more than happy to support a veteran! I will definitely be recommending his services.

Hired Mike to inspect my first home. I followed him during the inspection and he did an amazing job explaining the entire process. Pictures with the report made it very clear what needed to be repaired immediately, and what to watch for in the future. I would recommend Mike to anyone needing a house inspection.
