I have been a Customer of eastern bank for at least 50 years at least. I have never had a problem with them. Customer service has always been great even when there are new people that work there.

I switched over from my previous bank (also located in Wakefield) to Eastern because they offered me a lot more. I know free checking and all that sounds basic, and well gee, how many other places...
