I have been a patient of this clinic for 20+ years. I went for my scheduled mammogram and they refused to see me. They said I had missed my wellness visit (which my insurance pays the full cost, and they rack up everything they can). They could have told me this when I scheduled the appointment and they called me twice as a reminder.

I am a former patient of Dr. Sullivan-Fords. The only reason that I left is because of the distance that I had to travel to see her. However, had there been anyway possible for me to continue to see her without the distance I would have continued to be her patient. She would always explain what she was going to do prior to examining you ( that of course was after she allowed you to tell her...
