Excellent service - The technician (Chris F.) did his job professional and went beyond expectation. He took the pictures of our chimney and showed us the problems we have. He also gave us suggestions to fix little problems that we can do them ourselves to save money. Thanks

I called Early Times because when it rained my chimney would leak. Ken came over and looked at it and took pictures so I could understand exactly what was wrong. The repair was more than we could afford at the time so we had to put it off. Over a year later, not only did Early Times still have all my information but they honored the quote from a year ago.
