Well, I resigned my lease, mostly due to the fact that it's cheaper then anywhere else in this valley. I'm just going to leave the pro's and con's of Eaglebend and you can make the choice for yourself, hope this helps a few people!
Pro's:
It's inexpensive compared to Vail prices.
Utilities are included in the rent.
It's super close to the grocery store and everything else in Avon, we are...

This place was my very first apartment on my own. The location is pretty cool considering how close you are to some of the best skiing in the country. The apartment unit itself was very nice (especially if you can luck out with an end unit). Small balcony but at least it has one! My big complaint is the staff. …
