Who leaves a 5 star review while bashing the other reviewers? If you knew how to read you would see that many reviews mention poor customer service and problems receiving their bills. Not every poor review is left by a deadbeat.

I love how the only people that post bad reviews are the ones that don't pay their bills on time. You people are adults, you know that you have bills you have to pay. Its incredibly entertaining that its always someone else's fault for your shortcomings. Out of at least 35, 000 customers, 20 bad reviews don't mean a thing.

Unthinkable "Customer Service"

I was late on my bill and the water was turned off. I had contacted the company on the 15th and stated I could pay the bill in full on the 20th. The bill was roughly $150. Like many of the other reviews noted, the customer service for Eagle Water Management is horrendous. We have never had a water bill that was hire than $45. Suddenly this month it was $596! I didn't get the bill until the Friday before it was due and they shut it off the day after it was due. Might I add I have never been shut off for one day late, and I hadn't had a chance to call them and...
