This was the first time I shipped with Eagle Postal Center. A friend suggested I try them out. The store was neat, clean and well lit. The staff was very courtous and knowledgable. This will be my mailing and shipping spot from now on!

The express mail service is abysmal and unreliable at best. A package was sent using usps express next day delivery. The fiasco began well after the Saturday noon deadline (1:45pm) the sender, receiver, and the sending USPS office tracked the package in route between Houston and Dallas. Fast Forward to 3:48pm while tracking the package I learned the package was delivered at 10:30 am---NOT!!!...

I go to this Eagle Postal center all the time, shipping things all over the U.S. I never go to the post office anymore. This place has less lines, and nicer personnel.

we shipped 4 nail stations,all 4 were disassembled and packed properlyby us.all 4 were still in boxes but were smashed.we do not hold eagle ...
