I went into this store to mail a very important and urgent package and the owner was extremely helpful . He quoted a price for me a gave me several options which would cost less but still arrive at the time frame i wanted it to reach it's destination. I was super satisfied with his services. I would definitely use him again.

I could not get any information on a packaged I shipped there. It never reached it's destination and I'm wondering if it was ever sent because there is no tracking information on it.

Charge for drop-offs?!?

I walked in with a package that had a pre-printed UPS shipping label. The owner (or so he claimed) was rude and said he charges for the privilege of dropping off packages. He said, and I quote, ""I am the owner here. I pay $2000/mo in rent so if I want to charge to sit and watch 15 packages all day, I will."" I brought in 1 box. Never going here again!
