The indoor pool is too COLD and the ventilation needs upgraded please . Currently renting long term looking to purchase. The golf is AWESOME and the resort side pool is 85' all summer and perfect! Thank you

Eagle Crest is a magnificent place, and the Sports Center staff is awesome! However. . . Management totally needs to allow them to Turn Up The Heat for the indoor pool. It is the only one open for over six months of the year. Even after a 30 minute aquacise workout, we are still chilled to the bone. I hear so many guests complaining about the water temp. Brrrr. . . .

If you have an appointment; it means nothing. The spa said that guests decided to "extend their services" so you'll have to wait. We just got bumped and were told "Is there somewhere you have to be?" Hhaaa. What a waste of a drive and our time.
