HORRIBLE customer service! I haven't even had a chance to use this company, the neighbor behind me is having a pine tree cut (one that is largely overhanging into my yard) this morning. I was not informed that large tree branches would be falling into my backyard. I have 4 children between 2 and 6 that could have been in the yard at that time. I also did not know whether or not they would come to my house to get the broken mess out of my backyard (one branch of which nearly knocked out my fence!) so I walked around to the neighbor's house to talk to them. The man talked to me like I was an idiot, when all I wanted was to ensure that my yard would get taken care of. Then on arriving back to my home, I see a man STANDING on my 10 year old fence! He hopped over my old, 7 foot fence. Nails have come loose or have fallen out completely. When I called to talk to someone about it, I heard nothing but excuses. The woman on the phone seemed to believe that it would have been the neighbor's fault had one of the branches fallen on my 2 year old! She refused to let me speak with anyone else and just continued to get irrate with me until finally I hung up dissatisfied with the company's reaction to the situation. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I am all for supporting local businesses, but I will stear away anyone and everyone I can from this one!
We had Eager Beaver do a major clean out of overgrown shrubs and vines that had spread to trees and power lines. They did a great job and left the property ready for re-landscaping. I would recommend them for any tree trimming or removal.

Did a fabulous job of trimming up our 30 ft palm tree. I definitely recommend Eager Beaver. Reasonably priced as well.

We've been trying for several weeks to have a huge pine removed from our yard. I understand when weather had to cancel the first appointment, but twice they've sent the wrong crew. Here we sit not knowing if they're going to show today (with the right crew) or not, and they do NOT return phone calls. We called an hour ago and were told by the office staffer the owner would call us right back!...
