HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When I picked up my rental car, it was damaged on EVERY panel and was marked as such. When I drove away, I noticed the back door rattled NON-STOP - even at 10MPH. I considered returning it, but had to get to an appointment.

Upon returning the car, I was blantently accused of damaging the front bumper - even though I gave them the slip in which they marked the front bumper damaged when I picked the car up. The employee, Cesar, was incredibly rude and yelled at me with his arms flailing in the air. I could not get a word in as Cesar accused me of...

STAY AWAY!!!! They schmooze you in with cheap prices and then switch on you! They rented us a car with dangerously LOW tires - when we realized it the next day we had someone come out and switch the car with another one - only to find out on our credit card statement they charged us for tire damage when they gave us a car in the first place with crappy tires. Horrible customer service! Try to pass you off to everyone. Don't do business with them!
