We have trusted eCARE Centers since they opened for business. Of the four generations of our family to visit eCARE, each member (from 86 to ten) has received great quality care and service. Staff is extremely helpful.

This facility is extremely slow and the staff is rude. The doctor didn't see interested or awake. Even worse, if you go in with a signs of a sinus infection, they will run every test in the book (including tests for UTI, chest x-rays, blood work, swabs, you name it), no doubt to raise your bill. Would NOT recommend!

BEWARE of what day that you go. Went on New Years Day as a preventative measure to protect others - checking to see if I had flu. I did not see that signs (Supposedly everywhere) and was NOT told that they were only doing Emergency Care that day until after the incompetent girl behind the desk ran my credit card for $150. I had NOT been seen by the nurse or doctor. I declined services at...

What a RIP OFF. Went in with a cold needing an antibiotic and some cough medicine. I paid $100 at the time of the visit. They bill my insurance $750 and now are sending me bills for another $125. Oh and by the way, I NEVER SAW A DOCTOR!!! I saw a physicians assistant. Can't believe its legal.

I went to ecare a few weeks ago, I fell and hurt my ankle. The staff were very nice, the X-ray tech, dawn, was excellent, she was so sweet and you can tell she genuinely cares, the doctor was also very nice. I don't know why the others gave poor reviews, the lady at the front desk explains that they are an emergency center and tells you what your copay is and you have the choice to be seen or not.
