So, here's our story, as briefly as possible. Our 3.5-year-old Bryant/Carrier unit stopped working at around 7:30 p.m. Saturday night during the Labor Day weekend. I troubleshot it a bit and determined that the air-handler was not moving any air through the system. I called E&B, our longtime service company, expecting to just leave a message that, with luck, might be returned before Tuesday....
