Ordered through 1800Flowers and the flowers were received fast, however two of the roses themselves were missing, with a dry stem looking like they had been cut off a while before...the description said you should be able to watch them open and even after new water, using some of the packet and cutting the stems on a slant they never opened and with each passing day just drooped and wilted. My boyfriend called and they were extremely apologetic and gave us $20 off the next purchase and a new dozen (monday morning), they also called to make sure we received them. So although I was not happy...
