D.W. Caldwell installed my roof June 2008, noticed a leak near skylight 2 weeks ago, they have yet to return any of my 4 calls. Independent inspection by another roofer showed improper installation of skylight flashing. Filed complaint with BBB today. Edit (2013/09/05): D.W. Caldwell finally agreed to pay 3rd party roofer to fix misinstallation of flashing. Closed BBB complaint. Am still...

D.W. Caldwell installed my roof on June 2008, noticed leak 2 weeks ago, have spent the past 2 weeks trying to get someone from D.W. Caldwell to even call me back. Independent inspection by another roofer showed flashing around skylight was improperly installed. Have filed complaint with BBB today.

Workers arrived & started on job without any introduction or notice they were here. When it was pointed out that they were installing some the components incorrectly they tried to justify it by saying it did not matter despite the fact this would void the manufacturer's warranty. The estimator took time to explain in great details my insurance quote in relation to the estimate provided. The Project Manager made sure that I was communicated of the project progress.
