Jeff and Chris have got it figured out! If your looking for a full body work out and looking to improve your cardio for the ski season, then I highly recommend any of the classes offered at Durango Martial Arts. There laid back attitude and desire to teach is the best I have been around. Don't be intimidated by any of the MMA stuff! They teach beginners to advanced. Mike Mogan Social Marketing...

If you want a great physical workout, this is the place to go. Chris and Jeff are great teachers and know what they are doing. They always make classes challenging and diverse and women and men alike are made to feel welcome.
