I called to get an estimate over the phone. The lady that answered was the most disrespectful and rude person ever! Just based off that, there's no way I will use this company.

Met Dura-Kool at the indoor swap meet in Vegas. Price was better than the Big Box stores. We set up an appointment and the salesman came right out with customer ratings, nicely printed brochures, and 40 years experience. Started out as a hard sell but this guy's probably seen it all. Decided to go with them and am COMPLETELY SATISFIED. They took care of ALL the permits, and paperwork with the city and HOA. Once my HOA approved it they were out the next day to install. They dont know what they are doing. They sell you covers bought from local distributers and say that thier product is exclusive to the valle...
