I love living here. You are close to everything; shopping, gas, restaurants, grocery, parks, education, entertainment, etc. Family, younger and older people friendly apt, with exceptional customer service from on-site personnel.

Tabitha is probably THE BEST property manager that I've met! If there's Anything that you need or would like to have, I'm 99.9% positive that her & Reggie could arrange that for you. Good, productive environment.. Friendly neighbors. Apartments are spacious. Everything works to the T!

I love this place it is very quiet and i feel really safe!!! I have lived at other apts where barbara has been the manager and i loved it! She is very good with us. She is very understanding and caring. After residing at Dupont Ave Apts for 2 years, I needed a larger place. Moved to Mission at Madison Apts. I was so disappointed by the way the property managers and maintenance people treated the tenants that after only 1 year of residing at Mission, I came back to Dupont Ave Apts. Everyone here is great, I have had no problems and the staff is friendly and prompt. Security is around for those who need it. My apartment is clean and no bugs I would recommend these apartment to anyone.
