I am not sure which visit this survey pertains to, but I will comment on both visits. My wife went to have her winter tires replaced with regular, but she was not told to come back and have the lug nuts checked -- this disappointed me. I also had my winter tires replaced (I was told to have my lug nuts checked), but I also had an oil and filter change -- I was very disappointed with the expense...

I received the typically excellent service and advice that I get from Dunn Tire in Olean. Your waiting room is exceptionally clean, comfortable with nice flat screen TV and current newspapers/magazines.

I am not sure to which transaction this pertains. My wife had her winter tires removed and regular tires put on, as did I, on two separate days. I was pleased with mine, but when I asked my wife if she had gone in to get her lug nuts torqued, she said they never mentioned this to her -- so I am disappointed with that.
