I love this Dunkin for several reasons. First, the service is great and the staff are always friendly. Second, it's very convenient due to the proximity to my house. I saw other not-so kind reviews on here but what people don't realize is that many...of the service industries have difficult situations with staffing. The people that work here on East Ocean are wonderful.

This Dunkin store in Stuart Florida has the most unfriendly staff with ZERO customer service skills. I went in yesterday and the store had no dining room customers. Stopped in and was the second person in line. There were at least 5 visible employees working. It took 3 the figure out the registrar for the customer in front of me. I have never seen a Dunkin donuts shop so poorly run. I use my DD app to order and pay for my coffee/sandwiches ahead. They are supposed to monitor the on the go orders and have them waiting...
