Speak English its Dunkin' Donuts not Dunkin' Dumplings

The freshest coffee and bagels I 've had was at this Location.......but the worst service ever.....an Asian or Filipino lady at the drive thru gets nasty when she has a hard time understanding English and makes comments in her language ....she should be happy to be here and have a job and she should be reminded it's Dunkin' Donuts not Dunkin' Dumplings..

If you're in a hurry, DO NOT come here! Staff seems very disconnected, and they have no idea how to handle crowds. Even worse, they close the lobby yet leave their mobile order open so everyone...
