Three times I had visited between four and seven and they Never have glazed donuts. They don't care about customer service.

What's not to like about DD? How about slow service, that's what's not to like. Seems the counter help prefers to mill around the back door and not step out to reduce the line. I much prefer the DD on the corner of Adams St....& Watertown St. where I'm in and out in a flash.
