Have stopped there three time in six months. Every time there has been a problem, latest was the same as the first... drive thru, order turkey sausage on toasted English muffin, no egg.

I got a warm English muffin with extra cheese. No sausage not...toasted. I don’t care what you do. Doctor, engineer, waitress, or retail clerk but just be the best at it. The employees here could careless...

I went there with a DD Perks card. It was the first time I ever had one and was given to me by a friend. I registered it on line and it showed a free beverage and a $3 credit. So far, so good. Now...I go to the DD in Townsend, tell them I have a DD Perks card and was suppose to get a free beverage, but when I got to the window, they tried to charge me for the beverage. What more to say about Dunkin' Donuts than has been said in many (including my own) reviews? The service at this particular Dunks is better than most. The drive-thru is fairly quick, and the inside counter help is not too shabby.
