Stopped by this morning for a couple of toasted bagels w/ cream cheese. Got home and discovered they were terribly burnt. Brought them back...scowled at by staff. No apologies given to me. My new bagels had barely a hint of cream cheese. Never again....

Coffee is always fresh & hot. Donuts seem to be better than average. Sometimes a long wait, but it's mostly kids working there.

Glad they have this Dunkin so close to Suffield Academy. Stopped by while visiting our son at school... a reasonable option when he needs a snack. Picked up a dozen for his friends. Friendly service.

Avoid this place! Never have I ever experienced more unprofessional customer service. I used to go here daily. I ignored the fact that I have an issue almost every time I visit this location....
