Went to this location at 7:43 pm. Open sign was on and a car in the drive up. Hours are closed at 8 pm. Went in and was told they were not preparing anything at that time as they were closing...

What used to be the BEST HOT CHOCOLATE in the city is now the absolute worst!! The once rich and creamy, wonderful chocolate taste now resembles dishwater and is bland and tasteless.

Service is terrible if the manager is there. She yells at your through the drive through window. If you take longer than 5 seconds to decide or miss speak, you will be berated.
