Nice, higher volume location. Friendly drive-thru personnel. Long lines, moves fairly quick for the volume.

Service was terrible. I was inside and next in line. Employee behind the register walks away and disappears for 5 minutes! Nobody else helps, until the missing employee returns.

Good Location for Coffee, Bagels, Donuts, Etc

This Dunkin' location is one of the larger sites in Hamden, so it is one we visit if we're looking for drive-through service. We have always found the service to be good and reliable. The food, of course, is the great Dunkin' quality.
