great, clean bathroom and common area. fair service.

iced coffee tasted significantly burnt, but the chocolate coconut donut was acceptable.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. The worst Dunkin ever. Beyond rude staff, and they have great difficulty fulfilling orders correctly. Not sure if it is apathetic or just pathetic.
